Services We Offer

Revivify Psychiatry offers thoughtful, individualized outpatient psychiatric care tailored to each patient’s goals, values, and life context.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

An in-depth initial assessment that reviews psychiatric history, medical and developmental factors, current symptoms, and personal goals. This evaluation helps with diagnostic clarification and the creation of an individualized treatment plan. Laboratory testing and medication considerations are included when appropriate.

Medication Management

Careful initiation, continuation, adjustment, or deprescribing of psychiatric medications with attention to effectiveness, tolerability, and long-term outcomes. Medication decisions are made collaboratively and reviewed regularly over time.

Psychotherapy (Talk Therapy)

Individual psychotherapy using evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, which may include cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and supportive therapies. Therapy is tailored to each patient’s needs and treatment goals

Integrated Psychotherapy & Medication Care

For patients who prefer a single clinician for both therapy and medication management, care can be integrated into one cohesive treatment plan to support continuity and a deeper understanding of each patient’s needs.

Lifestyle and Brain Health–Informed Care

Guidance regarding sleep, stress management, daily routines, and lifestyle factors that influence mental health, cognitive functioning, and overall well-being. This approach complements standard psychiatric treatment.

Second Opinion Consultation

A one-time consultation for individuals seeking additional clinical guidance regarding an existing diagnosis, medication regimen, or treatment approach. A written summary and recommendations can be provided to your primary clinician upon request.

Collaborative Care

Coordination with therapists, primary care clinicians, and other medical providers as needed to support consistent, whole-person care. Communication occurs only with patient permission and in accordance with confidentiality standards.
